SUMMARY:Mandala Art Workshop at The Philosopher's House
DESCRIPTION:Come enjoy a soothing afternoon of mandala art making. In this fun and meaningful two-hour gathering\, participants learn about mandalas and create their own personal mandala using a variety of art materials. Making a personal mandala is relaxing. Making a personal mandala with one’s own inner language and symbols can lead to personal discovery. Following the art making\, participants have time to journal (with prompts) and time for optional sharing. No previous artistic experience or knowledge of mandalas is required! \nSchedule: We begin this group with a guided meditation. The guided meditation is followed by art making. We then journal with journaling prompts and close with optional sharing. \nYou will leave this session with a memento of the experience\, a personal mandala\, that will continue to unfold in meaning over time. \nREGISTER HERE
