In this creative 3-hour workshop, participants will learn how to turn an old hardback book into an artistic tea-themed altered book. An altered book is an artistic book/ journal/ scrapbook that is created in an old book. Participants will tear out pages, glue pages, create pockets, create art and more in their altered book. We will use paper collage, rubber stamps, copies of tea-themed ephemera, stencils, and more as art materials.

All materials and tools are provided, along with an abundance of ideas of where to find tea-themed materials for future creations. Workshop participants may want to save and bring: dried tea bag papers, tea wrappers and tags, tea-themed magazines and images….  All of this and more will be provided by Lynn.
